A split system deep clean is $249 for the first indoor unit, $199 for the second and $189 for each one after that, so a unit with two splits is $448 and a home with three is $637. A ducted system is $349 for the return air package: a new filter, the aluminium duct foils cleaned through to the return duct, a professional sanitise, and an airflow check and test run, with a free full home inspection on every visit. On a split job we also check the outdoor unit; if it needs cleaning, the technician gives you a price on the spot and you decide. There is no call-out fee.
